Mission

The mission of SJCOE Educational Foundation is to build dynamic community partnerships that create an environment where individuals and families, regardless of circumstances, have an opportunity for a quality public education.

History

Founded in 1995 by retired County Superintendent of Schools Frederick A. Wentworth, San Joaquin County Office of Education Educational Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the education of San Joaquin County children. The Foundation supports countywide student events, activities, and San Joaquin County Office of Education programs.
